开放工签OWP的申请条件（open work permit）

Who can apply for an open work permit?

You may be eligible to apply for an open work permit if you are in one of the following situations:

1. You are already working in Canada and your application for permanent residence has been approved under one of the following :（如果你目前在加拿大工作，或者你通过以下项目申请的永久居民已经通过）
Spouse or Common-law Partner in Canada class （符合加拿大类别的配偶及）
Live-in Caregiver Program（住家保姆计划）
Federal Skilled Worker Program（联邦技术移民计划）
Canadian Experience Class（加拿大经验类计划）
Provincial Nominee Program（省提名计划）
Federal Skilled Trades Program（联邦技工移民计划）
humanitarian and compassionate grounds（人道主义难民计划）

You may also be eligible if you are a family member of someone whose application for permanent residence has been approved under one of the above.（如果你的配偶通过以上项目申请的永久居民已经通过，那么你也符合申请条件）

2. Your spouse is（你的配偶是）
a skilled worker in an occupation under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill type 0, A or B ,（技术工作符合NOC的0、A、B技术领域）
a foreign student（国际留学生）

3. You are in Canada under a federal-provincial/territorial immigration agreement, including an active pilot project, or you are a spouse or dependent child of someone who is in Canada under a temporary foreign worker annex of a federal-provincial/territorial immigration agreement with an applicable pilot project.（你在加拿大联邦省府/领土移民协议下,包括积极试点项目,或者你是一个配偶或受抚养孩子的人是在加拿大临时外国工人附件联邦省府/领土移民协议适用的试点项目。）

4. You are a full-time student enrolled at an eligible publicly funded post-secondary educational institution or you are in an approved program at an eligible privately funded institution.（你是全日制学生在合格的公立高等教育机构学习或你在合格的私人学校学习。）

5. You have a temporary resident permit valid for at least six months.（你有一个临时居住许可证有效期至少6个月。）

6. You are participating in（你参与以下计划）
the Canada World Youth Program（加拿大世界青年计划）; or
International Experience Canada （加拿大国际经验计划）.

7. You have filed a claim for refugee protection in Canada and
you are waiting for the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada to decide on your claim;（你正在等待加拿大移民和难民委员会难民保护部门的决定） and
you cannot pay for your basic needs without working.（没有工作你不能支付你的基本需求。）

8. The RPD has rejected your refugee claim（难民委员会拒绝了你的难民申请）
but the Government of Canada is not yet ready to remove you from the country （但是加拿大政府还没有将您遣送）and
you cannot pay for your basic needs without working.（没有工作你不能支付你的基本需求。）

9. You are a family member of a foreign representative.（你是外交人员的配偶）

10. You are a family member of a foreign military member who is working in Canada.（你是一个在加拿大工作的外国军事人员的配偶）

11. You are a professional athlete allowed to enter Canada and you need to do other work to support yourself while playing for a Canadian team.（你是一个职业运动员被允许进入加拿大，你需要工作来支持在加拿大期间的费用）
