魁北克移民局宣布延期发布技术移民在线申请系统

2015年春季魁北克移民局宣布将于2015年10月1日上线的技术移民在线申请系统遭遇“难产”，BIQ官方于2014年9月23日正式宣布为了完成上线前最后的调整，该系统将最迟于2015年底上线，该系统将允许申请人在线递交CSQ的申请。BIQ提醒申请人随时关注官网信息，他们将会于官网宣布详情。

September 23, 2015 – As announced last spring, we will soon launch a new tool allowing applicants under the Skilled Worker Program to fill out and submit their immigration application on line.

In order to make final adjustments to this important project, the tool will be available on line by the end of 2015 at the latest. It will be compulsory for applicants under the Skilled Worker Program to use it to submit their application for a Québec selection certificate.

The dates of the intake period for applications from skilled workers will be announced shortly.
